NCRMLS Partners with SourceRE to Drive Data Independence

Denver - North Carolina Regional MLS (NCRMLS) has partnered with SourceRE to provide its MLS database and data management infrastructure. This will give NCRMLS full control over how their data is stored, accessed, and utilized. 

 

NCRMLS’s SourceRE Database will feature a RESO-native Data Dictionary 2.0 data standard with best-in-class security infrastructure. It will support property and ancillary data beyond listings, affirming NCRMLS as the final and authoritative “single source of truth” within the marketplace.

SourceRE’s suite of RESO-certified APIs (Add/Edit and Web API Core) will enable integrations with NCRMLS’s legacy MLS Providers. This will empower NCRMLS to expand front-end of choice options for its members without requiring conversions or changes in member behavior.
