GJARA will use the SourceRE MCP to give its brokers, agents, and their consumers compliant access to MLS data through AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude.
GRAND JUNCTION, CO — October 7, 2026 — The Grand Junction Area REALTOR® Association (GJARA) MLS has partnered with SourceRE to deliver governed, fully compliant access to its MLS data through artificial intelligence.
Today, portals, aggregators, scrapers, and other third parties act as intermediaries between AI platforms and MLS data. This limits the MLS’s ability to enforce its rules, protect its intellectual property rights, and control how its data is used. The SourceRE MCP replaces this with a governed, compliant pathway under the control of the MLS. It functions as a single, governed connection point between an MLS database and any AI application.
“Giving our members compliant access to use MLS data in AI is important, but doing so while protecting their data and our MLS rules is paramount,” said Millard Ripley, CEO of the Grand Junction Area REALTOR® Association. “Partnering with SourceRE lets us meet AI on our own terms while there’s still time.”
“We are proud to partner with GJARA, to shape the future of how AI and MLS data will interact,” said Andrew Coca, CEO of SourceRE. “AI is already using MLS data nationwide without the MLS. It’s our job to make sure it happens through the MLS instead, and on their terms.”
