COLORADO SPRINGS, CO — October 16 — elevateMLS, the multiple listing service serving the Pikes Peak and southern Colorado regions, has announced an investment and long-term partnership with SourceRE, a leading provider of MLS data infrastructure. Through the partnership, elevateMLS will deliver members direct access to MLS data through artificial intelligence platforms securely and in compliance with MLS policy.
Today, portals, aggregators, scrapers, and other third parties act as intermediaries between AI platforms and MLS data. This limits the MLS’s ability to enforce its rules, protect its intellectual property rights, and control how its data is used. The SourceRE MCP replaces this with a governed, compliant pathway controlled by the MLS. It functions as a single, governed connection point between an MLS database and any AI application.
elevateMLS’s investment in SourceRE positions it to move early on AI governance, an area where most MLSs are still deciding how to respond. elevateMLS CEO Lori Miller has also joined the SourceRE Board of Advisors to help shape the future of how AI and MLS data will interact.
