Grand Junction Area REALTOR® Association will list its data in the SourceRE Data Marketplace and adopt Data Dye™ forensic tracking, giving it greater control over where its listing data goes and who can access it.
GRAND JUNCTION, CO — September 14, 2026 — Grand Junction Area REALTOR® Association (GJARA) today announced a partnership with SourceRE to modernize how it distributes and protects its data. GJARA will list its data in the SourceRE Data Marketplace and adopt SourceRE’s Data Dye™ forensic tracking technology, giving the association greater control over how its data is licensed, distributed, and secured.
Through the SourceRE Data Marketplace, GJARA will gain a centralized system for managing vendor relationships, licensing, and billing. Vendors seeking access to GJARA data will benefit from streamlined onboarding and RESO-certified API access, while the association retains full authority over who receives its data.
“We value the safe and secure distribution of our members’ most valuable asset, their data. Partnering with SourceRE allows us visibility into where that data flows, how it’s put to work and who is using the information. Most importantly it puts an important check on any potential misuse. Our most important asset is our data. This partnership gives us access to the tools and technology we need to keep that asset safe, secure and working on behalf of our participants and their buyers and sellers. “said Ann Hayes, GJARA MLS Chair
“Grand Junction Area REALTOR® Association owns and operates its own MLS, which puts them in a smaller group of associations that have held onto that responsibility directly. They came to us looking for better tools to license and distribute their data without giving up any say over where it ends up. That’s what this infrastructure is built to do. Working with a Colorado association close to our corporate headquarters makes it that much better,” said TJ Bolan, EVP of Industry Relations, SourceRE.
