The MLS community gets exclusive, direct access to the full SourceRE platform — including a first look at Data Dye™ — in a live demo and open Q&A
NORTHGLENN, CO — March 25, 2026 — SourceRE, the only MLS database and API distribution company built exclusively for the infrastructure layer, today announced it will present at a special edition of the MLS Innovator Network on Wednesday, April 8, at 2:00 PM ET.
This session is not a standard product walkthrough. MLS Innovator Network members will receive an in-depth, live demonstration of everything SourceRE brings to the MLS — from its custom database solutions and MDX framework to the SourceRE Data Marketplace and its proprietary Data Dye™ forensic tracking technology. Following the demo, attendees will have open Q&A access to the SourceRE team.
Seats are limited to the MLS Innovator Network membership.
What to Expect
SourceRE was built to give MLSs something they’ve never had before: complete control over their own data, independent of any front-end vendor. The April 8 session gives MLS Innovator Network members the opportunity to see that mission in practice, directly from the team behind it.
The session will cover the full scope of what SourceRE offers — from its approach to custom database infrastructure and interoperability, to its data distribution and monetization capabilities, to the security technology that protects MLS data at every point in the pipeline. Attendees will leave with a clear picture of how SourceRE works, what problems it solves, and what a partnership looks like in the real world.
This is not a surface-level overview. The SourceRE team will go deep on the platform, share real implementation context from existing partnerships, and open the floor for a full Q&A. MLS executives are encouraged to come with their hardest questions — on strategy, operations, data governance, vendor relationships, or anything in between.
The session is exclusive to MLS Innovator Network members. Attendance is limited.
Why This Session Matters Now
The real estate data landscape is shifting. MLSs are navigating vendor relationships with increasing scrutiny, merger and consolidation activity is accelerating across the country, and the question of who truly owns MLS data has never been more pressing.
SourceRE President Joe Schneider put it plainly: “MLSs are the source of truth for real estate data in this country. They should have full control over it — how it’s stored, who accesses it, and how it’s monetized. That’s what we built SourceRE to deliver. The April 8 session gives MLS leaders the chance to see that vision in action and ask us every hard question they have.”
SourceRE already powers infrastructure for some of the most forward-thinking MLSs in the country, including Hive MLS, Doorify MLS, and a three-MLS regional datashare initiative in South Carolina.
The April 8 session offers the MLS Innovator Network a front-row view of what that infrastructure actually looks like — and what it could mean for their organization.
