SourceRE and the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO®) announce that ARELLO’s datasets are now available for licensing and integration via the SourceRE Data Marketplace.
As of today, vendors can access ARELLO’s license verification, compliance, and regulatory datasets, delivered via API and formatted to the RESO Data Dictionary 2.0 standard for member and office data. Listing these datasets inside the SourceRE Data Marketplace provides a trusted environment for discovery, licensing, and delivery, with a focus on seamless and secure standards-based integration.

This launch follows the partnership announcement earlier this month between ARELLO and Modern.tech, the parent company of SourceRE. Together, the organizations are aligning regulatory data with modern delivery standards so MLSs, brokerages, and PropTech teams can streamline onboarding, strengthen compliance workflows, and accelerate product development.
